Pure Persuasion
Pure Persuasion Project, released Pure Persuasion EP, a collection of 4 songs; the mid tempo pop medley Pure Persuasion, upbeat JB funk tempo “Talk to Someone”, the radio single… Pure Persuasion (to keep on living), and the hip hop track “Remember”. These songs come with a positive message and heartfelt joyful music to help folks struggling with anxiety and depression.
The core theme of the project is that rather than giving in to a sense of hopelessness, this first song, Pure Persuasion, reminds the listener to tap into that inner source of strength and courage that has become dormant, overshadowed by many years of anxiety, depression, setbacks, negative destructive thoughts, etc., and step up to reclaim that fearless determination to change now, starting with the Pure Persuasion from within
Be Like Her
Be Like Her was created to show Aya’s versatility as a songwriter, singer and musician. Aya’s main instrument for composing and performing is the acoustic piano. She has been playing the piano since the age of 3.

Jamon
The EP compiles a number of tracks produced to bring Jamon’s soulful and smooth R&B vocals to a wide audience. The title track, “Take It As A Good Sign” was created via a collaboration with Pure Persuasion Project rapper Mr. Slick and super guitarist Jimmy Lewis of San Diego rock band Superunloader. “Time Ain’t On Your Side” is a hiphop track featuring singer Lédé and Mr. Slick. The song dishes on the loot that ain’t going with you when your time is up.
Track #3, “So Hard”, soulful R&B tune features Jamon on lead vocals with support from Damion Willis on the background hooks, and again Mr. Slick sweetening the tract with life lessons rhymes. The album is enhanced with the Sam Cooke “Wonderful World” soul classic, reinvented with the catchy hook “don’t know much” to encourage us to appreciate the wonderful world, the one planet, we all call home.
